FAQ

Google Sheets or Excel?

Either. Most clients pick Google Sheets because it's free and works on your phone, but we build in Excel too.

Do you need my passwords or bank logins?

No. You share a sheet with us (or we hand you the file), and we never connect to bank, card or payroll logins. You stay in control.

Who owns the tracker?

You do, 100%. It lives in your Google Drive or on your computer, and you can keep using it whether or not you stay on Sheet Care.

Can you use the info I already have?

Yes. Send a photo of your notebook, an export from your booking or POS app, or your old spreadsheet, and we'll move it in. Very messy data may need a Quick Fix first; we'll tell you up front.

Can it connect to my POS or booking app?

Many apps (Square, Vagaro, Fresha and others) can export to a sheet, and we can set that up. Live, automatic integrations are quoted separately after the consult.

Does this replace my accountant or payroll service?

No. Your trackers make their job easier (clean totals, hours and expenses), but we don't do taxes, bookkeeping sign-off or run payroll.

What if I need changes later?

Small fixes are free during your fix window. After that, Sheet Care ($49/mo) covers one small change or new tab a month, or we quote one-off changes.

How fast is it?

Quick Fix in 2–3 business days, Business Tracker Setup in 3–5, and Back-Office System in 5–7, counted from when we have your info.
