How much does a website cost?
Packages start at $299 setup + $29/mo (Link-in-Bio Upgrade). The Local Business Site is $599 + $59/mo, or $79/mo with $0 setup on our No-Upfront plan (12-month minimum). Founding clients get 50% off setup on a website package (first 3; not No-Upfront or the Front Door bundle).

What does done-for-you social media cost?

Is there a setup fee?
Yes, social media plans have a one-time $149 setup fee (intake, profile cleanup, templates, link page/newsletter setup). It's waived for founding clients.
What's not included?
Paid ad spend, ad management, replying to comments or DMs, photo or video shoots, and work beyond your plan's monthly post count. Extra work gets a separate written quote.
What are founding prices?
Founding prices are for our first 3–5 clients. On monthly plans, the founding rate applies to your first 3 months, then your plan switches automatically to the standard rate. Social media plans keep their 3-month minimum and then continue month-to-month, and the $149 setup fee is waived. Monthly AI coaching can still be cancelled anytime. AI assistant setup is a one-time founding price of $249. Email us to ask about a founding spot.
How does billing work?
Billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. You can pay by card or ACH bank transfer. Work starts once your first payment is received.
Is there a minimum term, and how do I cancel?
All social media plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, they continue month-to-month: cancel anytime by email, effective at the end of your current paid month. Partial months aren't refunded. Monthly AI coaching can be cancelled anytime.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down a tier by email. The change starts with your next monthly billing period. If you're still in your first 3 months, the 3-month minimum continues on the new tier.
Do you post without my OK?
No. You approve every post before it's published. We send posts in batches; please review within 3 business days. Anything not approved is held, not posted, so late approvals can push the schedule back.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask for, receive or store your passwords. You either give us access through each platform's own tools (like Meta Business Suite), or we send ready-to-post files and you post them. You can remove our access anytime.
Who owns the content?
Once paid for, the posts are yours, and they stay yours if you cancel. We only use properly licensed or original visuals, and we never make AI-generated images of you; photos of you are real photos you provide.
What if a post is missed?
If we don't deliver all the posts in your plan for a month, we'll either make them up the next month or credit you for the missed portion. Posts held for your approval or materials don't count as missed.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We don't guarantee followers, engagement, reach, leads, sales or any other result. Results depend on things outside our control, like platform algorithms and the market. Our work is AI-assisted and reviewed by a person.
